These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to your use of the Revchem Composites, Inc. (“Revchem,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) website at
`www.revchem.com`, including registered accounts, the SDS/TDS Document Library, and forms available through the website (collectively, the “Site”).

Acceptance of these Terms

By using the Site or creating an account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use restricted Site features.
 
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to create an account. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or other organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
 

Accounts

You agree to provide accurate information when creating or updating an account. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity
conducted through your account. Do not share your credentials or attempt to access another person’s account.
 
Contact us promptly at info@revchem.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
 
Revchem websites may use a shared account directory. Your credentials may be recognized by another approved Revchem property, but access rights, orders, submissions, and other activity remain associated with the applicable website.

Acceptable use

You may use the Site for lawful personal, business, and informational purposes.
 
You may not:
– interfere with the operation or security of the Site;
– attempt to obtain unauthorized access to an account, restricted document, server, or network;
– introduce malware or harmful code;
– use automated systems in a manner that unreasonably burdens the Site;
– collect account information or restricted content without permission;
– impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority; or
– use the Site or its content for an unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
 
We may restrict or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or access creates a security or legal risk.

Product information and technical documents

Product descriptions, technical data sheets, safety data sheets, application guidance, and other Site content are provided for reference and convenient
access only. Products, formulations, specifications, availability, and documents may change.
 
Before purchasing, handling, storing, transporting, or using a product, you are responsible for obtaining and reviewing the current product label, safety data sheet, and applicable manufacturer documentation. You are also responsible for confirming suitability for your intended use, conducting appropriate testing, following applicable safety and legal requirements, and ensuring that personnel are properly trained and equipped.
 
Site content is not a substitute for professional engineering, industrial hygiene, medical, legal, regulatory, or safety advice. If Site content conflicts with a current label, safety data sheet, manufacturer instruction, or applicable law, follow the controlling safety or legal requirement and contact Revchem or the manufacturer before proceeding.

Requests and product transactions

Submitting a contact form, order request, credit request, or other inquiry does not create an order or require Revchem to sell a product. Requests remain subject to review, availability, credit approval where applicable, and written confirmation by Revchem.
 
Product purchases may be governed by additional terms contained in a quotation, order acknowledgment, invoice, supply contract, return policy, warranty, or other transaction document. Those transaction-specific terms govern the applicable transaction and are separate from these Website Terms.

Intellectual property

The Site and its content are owned by or licensed to Revchem and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may use Site content for its intended informational and business purposes. You may not remove ownership, confidentiality, or safety notices or reproduce Site content for commercial distribution without permission from the applicable rights holder.
 
Product names, manufacturer marks, and third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.

Privacy and communications

Our collection and use of personal information are described in the Revchem Privacy Policy.
 
By creating an account or submitting a request, you agree to receive electronic communications reasonably necessary to administer your account or respond to your request. These may include account verification, password reset, security, document-access, submission, and service messages. This does not by itself enroll you in marketing communications.

Third-party websites and services

The Site may link to or interact with third-party websites and services. Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Revchem does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their content or availability.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a right or responsibility that applicable law does not permit Revchem to exclude. This section does not change any written warranty or remedy expressly provided for a product or transaction.
