All purpose pressure sensitive tape with a non-silicone adhesive
DESCRIPTION
Flashbreaker 1R is our rubber adhesive based polyester pressure sensitive tape. This tape holds down vacuum
bagging materials and thermocouple wires on metal or composites parts and tooling. This tape is designed for
use in sensitive areas where silicone adhesives are not permitted.
Flashbreaker R tapes are high temperature / high tensile strength polyester film coated with a pressure
sensitive rubber based adhesive for oven or autoclave cures to 400 F (204 C).

+ Rubber adhesive tape can be used where silicone adhesives are prohibited to reduce contamination risk.
+ Flashbreaker 1R tapes make removal of resin flash easier, reducing clean-up time.
