Vac-Pak HS8171 is a hydrophilic material. Moisture and water act as plasticizers. The level of moisture content at time of
use is therefore an important factor for successful performance. All nylon films absorb water. The higher the moisture
content the more flexible they become. Conversely at lower moisture levels flexibility is limited.
Do not store rolls vertically on their ends.

Quick Disconnect, 2-piece
DESCRIPTION:
7525 Vacuum Valve is the only two-piece vacuum valve assembly with the unique Machined Cutting
Edge (MCE). The MCE cuts the bagging film when the top section is inserted into the base plate and then hand
tightened. There is no need to cut or slit the bagging film prior to inserting the top section. The 2 or 3 diameter
base plate has machined breather channels that extend to the edge to help ensure sufficient airflow/evacuation.
APPLICATION:
7525 Vacuum Valve is ideal for any vacuum bagging application from room temperature up to 500 F (260 C).
PHYSICAL PROPERTIES:
