All-purpose pressure sensitive tape with a non-silicone adhesive
lM DESCRIPTION
Flashbreaker R tapes are our rubber adhesive based polyester pressure sensitive tapes. These tapes hold down
vacuum bagging materials and thermocouple wires on metal or composites parts and tooling. These tapes are
designed for use in sensitive areas where silicone adhesives are not permitted.
Flashbreaker R tapes are high temperature / high tensile strength polyester film coated with a pressure sensitive
rubber based adhesive for oven or autoclave cures to 204 C (400 F).

+ Rubber adhesive tape can be used where silicone adhesives are prohibited to reduce contamination risk.
+ Flashbreaker R tapes make removal of resin flash easier, reducing clean-up time.
+ Fix position of consumable materials to avoid process errors and improve part quality.
